Reporting to the Project Manager, the Civil Engineer will assist in carrying out the management of major and minor projects. To be successful in securing this position it is expected that you hold a Bachelor of Engineering Degree with at least 5 years experience as a Civil Engineer and have had some experience with concrete structures and pipe support. Due to our significant growth, we are searching for a Scheduler to join our Eagle Farm office in Brisbane. Supporting a range of projects your primary responsibilities will be as follows:• Develop and maintain the master schedule (Microsoft Project) • Conduct schedule reviews, liaise with suppliers to agree schedule reviews and update suppliers' schedules and track dependencies.• Identify and manage risks and issues associated with the project schedule, resource plan and dependencies.• Ensure compliance to the approved program scheduling standards• Review achieved milestones with regards to scheduled success & timelines• Carry out day to day planningIt is expected that you will have experience in the following:• Scheduling for multiple concurrent projects and multi discipline mining and minerals processing projects • Dealing with multiple project managers • Estimating resource requirements, analyzing task dependencies, and tracking project progress; Essential:• Diploma and/or bachelor's degree in engineering, construction or business related field• Relevant tertiary qualifications• Post graduate business studies would also be advantageous• Ability to establish positive working relationships on all levels in an organisation • Strong negotiation skills• Ability to work with tight deadlines and under pressure• Excellent communication skills as you work with the various departments internal and external to the project.• You will need to have the ability to apply intermediate-high level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues. • Work on problems/projects of moderately complex scope.• Experience using Primavera and/or MS Project.At Enerflex we are committed to developing motivated, competent, experienced employees, every employee has the opportunity to participate in training and enjoy the exciting opportunities Enerflex has to offer.If you think you have the relevant skills, experience within a professional environment, please email your resume to recruitment@enerflexglobal.com.
