Our package provides comprehensive coverage to all employees and their dependents, providing them with the opportunity to choose among three Extended Health Care and Dental plan options. Communication

Employee Portal: Employees can access up-to-date information via the employee portal. The portal acts as an internal Intranet that holds a broad base of information, including news items, upcoming events, employee phone numbers and general working files.

Pipeline Newsletter: The Pipeline Newsletter is distributed to all employees on a quarterly basis - either through email or postings on internal communication boards. The newsletter was developed to communicate the strategic direction of Enerflex, promote our vision and values, and to celebrate milestones and "wins" - recognizing each success and sharing them throughout the organization.

Direct Communication Campaigns: Employees typically expect to receive one email, or posting on an internal communication board per week to update them on corporate initiatives. Emails range from new hire information, safety messages, HR messages, messages from Senior Management and our special Ethics 101 feature that provides examples of how we expect employees to react to a variety of situations.
