In order to achieve this vision, Enerflex participates continuously in strengthening the communities in which it operates and helping to shape the future of those communities.

Enerflex's Community Investment Programs fall into three categories:

• Health and Wellness;
• Training and Enrichment; and
• Community Development.

Each of these categories is vital to the people and economies in our core market areas. At Enerflex we are dedicated to continuing development in all three areas.

Community Investment Programs

Health and Wellness

At Enerflex, we believe our number-one asset is our employees. In order to enhance the well being of our employees and the people in the communities in which we operate, we align ourselves with organizations and invest in programs that provide support to and enhance the lives of those requiring health care and wellness support.

Training and Enrichment

The success of Enerflex resides in our people, and the success of our employees depends on their ability to perform their jobs. Enerflex provides funding and support to institutions and programs that provide adult education, develop skilled workers and encourage youth to pursue a career in the manufacturing industry.

Community Development

The communities in which we operate provide more than just a location for a business – they become our homes. This is why Enerflex partners with organizations that build and strengthen the community. Through these partnerships Enerflex works to enhance the lives of community members at large, not just its employees. Corporate citizenship is an integral part of our vision.

Community Investment Guidelines

1. Your organization and your planned program or activity must be located in an Enerflex operational region.
2. You must specify in your application under which Community Investment Program your organization or the program for which you are seeking assistance falls.
3. Your organization must be a not-for-profit or a registered charity.

Enerflex's Donations Committee meets quarterly to decide in which opportunities the Company will invest. If you are interested in being considered for our 2012 year, please fill out the application form. Priority will be given to organizations that use our online application process. Applicants may also submit their proposal in hard copy to our head office.
